Kenrick Clifton Education Scholarship

This scholarship is given each year in honor of the highly esteemed Randolph Town Councilor, Kenrick Clifton. A dedicated community leader from Sandy Point, St. Kitts, Clifton was not only an active member of the Randolph community but also a passionate advocate for both his constituents in Randolph and his fellow citizens in his native St. Kitts.

2023 Scholarship Recipients

In 2023, South Shore Caribbean Connection gave out two $1000 scholarships and two $500 scholarships

Scholarship Requirements

  • Currently reside in Randolph.  

  • High school senior who graduates in Spring 2024.  

  • Minimum 2.5/4.0 grade point average.  

  • Demonstrate involvement with community service and/or work experience.  

  • Plans to attend an accredited college or university beginning Fall 2024.  

  • Submit a minimum 400-word essay on one of the following prompts:

    • Why the student should be the recipient of the scholarship, OR

    • How do they believe Kenrick Clifton made a difference in Randolph.  

  • May be invited to attend an interview.

  • Understanding that photos taken may be used for future scholarship advertising.
